There are specific needs that must be addressed and presented in a way that will help to place the company in a defensible position when problems arise. Will yours accomplish this? Many organizations have outdated harassment polices, no policy on cellular telephone usage while driving, inconsistent language that can nullify the "At-Will" employment concept and policies that are no longer enforced or are enforced differently then what is in writing.
