With the addition of new legislation, record keeping requirements and the legal ramifications of poor management and personnel decisions, we offer a program tailored to our clients needs. The level of participation is determined by your needs and can include all or some of the following items. Our approach is one of a customized program that is designed exclusively for your company. The separate program for Health and Safety training and implementation as required under the OSHA and MIOSHA legislation is a necessity in today’s workplace environment. Following is a brief description and the areas covered that can be included in your program.

Some of the Program Items That Can be Included are:

  1. Initial Orientation Program covering company policies, benefits, work schedules, facility dynamics, and basic work rules.
  2. Personnel file maintenance with all proper regulatory paperwork as well as pertinent performance information.
  3. Providing the service of reviewing all “Right of Appeal” paperwork as provided for in the Employee Handbook; allowing for a fair and impartial review of the disciplinary action that was taken by management.
  4. Becoming the second level for Corrective Action Notifications giving the managers an unbiased review of their decision before implementing.
  5. Availability to management staff on a seven day a week basis for questions and concerns. All calls will be returned within twenty-four hours or less (Minimum time requirements are involved).
  6. Follow through with unemployment and workman’s comp claims.
  7. Administration of any Drug/Alcohol Testing programs concerning the actual information received from any testing to insure it remains confidential.
  8. Providing Supervisory Skills Training for the management staff in the areas of Problem Performers, Performance Appraisal Presentation, Setting of Standards, Interviewing, Reference Checks, and Positive Motivational methods.
  9. Investigation and follow through on expanding or finding more cost efficient benefit programs.
  10. Providing the service of Second Interviews on all perspective candidates for employment.
  11. Independent harassment investigations.
  12. Benefit Program coordination.
Special Note:

New programs such as Employee Handbooks, Performance Appraisal Systems, Job Descriptions, and Video Tape programs can be included in the above options when, you use our blocks of time concept that can also reduce your expense. Contact us for more information on this program.
