Our training program on Harassment/Sexual Harassment Awareness consists of four separate PowerPoint presentations: two versions for your supervisory staff and two versions for your non-supervisory staff. One presentation to use in a meeting scenario and a second presentation for individual self-training for new hires and retraining. The segments include a Pre-Test to provide a benchmark of the level of awareness that existed prior to the training Awareness Training program and a Post-Test to measure the effectiveness of the training. An "Acknowledgment of Training" sign-off sheet is included in the workbooks for supervisory and non-supervisory staff for recording keeping. Each CD-ROM contains the four PowerPoint Presentations, Instructor's Guides, Supervisory and Non-supervisory Workbooks and a Certificate of Achievement. The Guide, workbooks and the Certificate are in Word formats. There is no limit to the number of times the program can be presented or printed. The program is shipped in a notebook format with the CD-ROM and has copies of all Workbooks, Instructor's Guides and the EEOC support material included so you can open the box and start using it immediately. If you do not have Word or PowerPoint, a special viewer program is also provided that will allow for the documents to be printed and viewed on the computer screen. NO additional software needs to be purchased, everything is provided on the CD-ROM. Several leading Labor Attorneys have reviewed the entire program and it meets with their expectations for solid Harassment Awareness Training.
