"Performance Appraisal Systems"

We can design and construct an objective performance review for each position within your company focusing on results and customer service or create a broad based appraisal that can be used for Management and an additional format for Non-Management. Depending on your organization, Total Quality Management Concepts, 360 degree appraisals and other formats can be supported. 

Our approach is one that starts with where your organization is and where it is planned to be in the future. The system is written to allow for the future needs of the organization. It is also based upon an implementation method that allows for a transition to the new system.

Information for creating the performance elements is gathered from your staff and existing Job Descriptions or Position Statements. An implementation program consisting of establishing standards of performance and how to relate the essential duties and responsibilities to the appraisal form is included, if desired. This program can be combined with the training program "Dealing With Problem Performers".

  1. Training seminar covering the following areas: Establishment of standards of performance; what is meeting standards, needs improvement, or outstanding performance.
  2. Techniques for presenting evaluations to employees.
  3. Use of "performance only" reviews. to minimize the element of surprise to the employee.

Final versions of the appraisal formats are delivered in Word format, paper version and can be imported into your intranet.
