implementation method that allows for a transition to the

Information for creating the performance elements is gathered from
your staff and existing Job Descriptions or Position Statements. An
implementation program consisting of establishing standards of performance and
how to relate the essential duties and responsibilities to the appraisal form
is included, if desired. This program can be combined with the training program
"Dealing With Problem Performers".
- Training seminar covering the following areas: Establishment
of standards of performance; what is meeting standards, needs improvement, or
outstanding performance.
- Techniques for presenting evaluations to employees.
- Use of "performance only" reviews. to minimize the element
of surprise to the employee.
Final versions of the appraisal formats are delivered in Word
format, paper version and can be imported into your intranet.
