Our training program on "Valuing Individuality In the Workplace Sexual Harassment/Harassment Awareness" consists of six separate PowerPoint presentations: two versions for your supervisory staff and two versions for your non-supervisory staff broken down as follows. One presentation to use in a meeting scenario and a second presentation for individual self-training for each group. The segments include a Pre-Test to provide a benchmark of the level of awareness that existed prior to the training and a Post-Test to measure the effectiveness of the training. An Acknowledgement of Training is included in the workbooks for supervisory and non-supervisory staff for recording keeping. The final two presentations are non-color versions of the program in the event they are needed for the printing of transparencies. There is no limit to the number of times the program can be presented or printed.

The program is printed and shipped in a notebook format with the CD-ROM. Copies of all Workbooks, Instructor's Guide Training Certificate, Investigation Package and the EEOC support material are included so you can open the box and start using it immediately. The CD-ROM contains all of the necessary files to view and use the harassment awareness prevention programs. To use this program your computer must be at least a 486 with minimum Windows 95 installed. All PowerPoint files are PowerPoint 97 and all Word files are Word 97. We have included the two freeware viewer programs, listed below, in the event that you do not have PowerPoint 97 or Word97. NO additional software needs to be purchased, everything is provided on the CD-ROM. Also, there is no need to purchase additional workbooks, you can print them directly from the CD-ROM. The approximate presentation times are 45 minutes for the self study versions to 1.5 hours for the group presentation because of questions that are normally asked.

Self study versions can be operated by the individual on the computer so that new hires can be trained at the time of hire rather then waiting until there are several people to do a group presentation. The first four presentations are in color with some animation and sound effects. The two print versions are in gray scale for overhead transparency printing.

Viewer Files:

PPView97.exe is a self-executing program that will install the PowerPoint Viewer Program.
Wd97vwr32.exe is a self-installing Word 97 viewer program.

Both require that you are running Windows 95 or higher. To install: Click Start, click on run and locate each of the two files listed above than click to install. Remember to turn off any virus protection software that you may have running. Also, close any open programs that may be running at the time of installation except for Windows.

The entire program from Pre-test to Post-test is designed to create a high level of participant interaction. The test questions create a point of discussion as to why the correct answer is as it is.
