The Company History

Holzschu, Jordan, Schiff and Associates is a Farmington Hills, Michigan based international consulting organization founded in 1987. We specialize in Human Resources Development and Documentation, Interpersonal Management Skills, Benefit Programs, Facility Design, Total Quality Management and ISO 9000.

Our client base covers such businesses as Landscape Nurseries, Electric Motor Repair facilities, Building Maintenance companies, Retail Organizations, Auto Dealers, Vending & Food Service Companies, Medical & Dental Professions, Banks, Hotel & Restaurant, Tool & Die, Auto Industry Suppliers and General Contractors to name a few. Because of this diverse base of clients, we have a broad base of information on the positions within these organizations and the standards of performance for each position. A few of the companies that have been involved in our programs are Caterpillar, Marriott Hotels, Transorient Bank, Ericcson, Professional Property Management, Warner Lambert, Pepsi Cola International, TACOM, Focus Hope, Unibros Steel ltd., Motorama Engineering Group, Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, Michigan State Chamber of Commerce, Aqua International and many others. For our international clients, we provide the bridge between US and State regulations and their existing policies and procedures.

Our consultants have a wide and varied Human Resource Backgrounds covering program development, program design, and implementation skills. Our unique blend of consultants covers the wide range of disciplines from the Academic and Theoretical to the Practical sides of Management. Our client base consists of companies as small as 5 employees and ranges upward of 4000; from Local to National and International Companies.

Our seminar leaders have presented programs in the Middle East (Lebanon) as well as in the US. Seminar topics have covered Human Capital Concepts, Human Resource Re-engineering, Human Resources and the Quality Movement and other programs.
